1. Confidentiality of Contact Information
Referly does not publicly display or sell personal phone numbers, personal email addresses, or internal company contact directories. All candidate ↔ referrer communication is routed securely via our in-app messaging channel.
2. Resume & Profile Data
Candidate resume files and technical skill data are shared only with the specific employee referrer from whom a referral is purchased.
3. Payment Security
Payment data is encrypted and processed via Razorpay. Referly never stores raw credit card or bank credentials on our servers.
